Foobar2000 is a versatile audio player that can be used to play a wide range of audio formats and to convert between different file types.
Foobar2000 can reproduce the main audio formats now: MP3, MP4, OGG Vorbis, WMA, FLAC, AAC or AIFF. Other formats can also play are: MP1, MP2, WavPack, AU, SND, CDDA, etc. The conversion is done through so-called Component Converter with which you work from the command line, but its performance depends on the installation of audio codec’s from other authors. The player interface is very simple but has the advantage of organizing the different tabs
